"Saved about 100 a month on a home and 2 auto policy. Deductibles are higher though. Only downfall with State Farm is like most companies, they make their customers deal with a phone app. So you have to order your drive safe units off of the app which is a royal pain to find how to do it. Not too many things can be done via email... It all has to be through the phone app.
Intially this was 3 stars and now if I could give them zero, I would. Messed up my billing for 2 months, and couldn't get it right. Lied in August saying that they made a billing error, and that was why it was lower. THEN ASSURED ME THAT IN SEPTEMBER IT WOULD BE BACK TO THE AGREED UPON AMOUNT. Well now it is September, and I owe an exorbitant amount for the month. God only knows if it will be right next month. Unacceptable service."

You are correct that the discount requires you to download the State Farm app, however, please know that you can do so many things through the app such as view your insurance cards, request a policy change, start a claim and of course see your discount in the Drive Safe & Save section.
