"I have been a client of Jim Metzler State Farm since relocating to Indianapolis over 25 years ago. The office has always been helpful and accommodating, even with difficult issues (like dealing with FEMA flood insurance). There's no hard sales pitches, but Jim provides information and options for whatever insurance needs you may have. State Farm may not be the cheapest insurance out there, but I know if I ever have to file a claim, Jim Metzler's office will be helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this business."
